Keto Chocolate Brownie Vegan Recipes

With Flaxseed:

  • Soak 4.5 Tablespoons of ground flaxseed in 6 Tablespoons of water. Stir every few minutes for at least 6 minutes.
  • Add 1 stick (8 TBS) melted Earth Balance vegan butter
  • Add Keto Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • Add 2 TBS Coconut Oil
  • Spread evenly into a 8x8 square metal pan, prepared with non-stick cooking spray
  • Bake at 350 for 24-26 minutes

With Egg Replacer:

  • Whisk 2 TBS of Follow Your Heart Vegan Egg with 2 cups of water
  • Add 1 stick (8 TBS) melted Earth Balance vegan butter
  • Add Keto Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • Spread evenly into a 8x8 square metal pan, prepared with non-stick cooking spray
  • Bake at 350 for 24-26 minutes

Keto COOKIE Vegan Recipe

With Flaxseed:

  • Soak 2 Tablespoons of ground flaxseed in 4 Tablespoons of water for 10 minutes, stirring every few minutes.
  • Melt 6 Tablespoons Earth Balance or another plant-based butter
  • Mix the melted butter and flaxseeds into the Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • Drop 1-2 tbsp of dough onto parchment-lined cookie sheets, 2" apart
  • Bake cookies for 22-28 minutes at 350 degrees
