Foodstirs Vegan Baked Treats

Following a vegan lifestyle? Although the preparation of our organic recipe mixes call for eggs and milk, they can easily be tailored to fit a vegan diet! All it takes are a few simple substitutions to create homemade vegan baked treats that will satisfy your sweet tooth craving, without all the yucky stuff (like artificial flavors and colors) that the other guys contain. All our mixes are vegan, so you can feel good about the treats you serve to your family. Check out these easy substitutions to our non-GMO, clean mixes to create 100% junk-free treats with yum-azing taste!

VEGAN SUBSTITUTIONS

Vegan Egg Replacements

To replace one egg, use either:

1/4 cup of applesauce = 1 vegan egg

1 tbsp ground flax seeds + 2.5 tsp hot water = 1 vegan egg

Vegan Butter Replacements

To replace butter, use vegan "butter" or use coconut oil: 1:1 ratio.

Vegan Milk Replacements

To replace milk, use vegan-friendly milk substitutions, such as almond milk, coconut milk or cashew milk. Replace at a 1:1 ratio.

We recommend following the directions on our packaging. Results may vary when substitutions are made.
