Foodstirs Vegan Baked Treats
Although our original recipes include eggs and milk, they can easily be tailored to fit a vegan diet with a few simple substitutions. All our mixes are vegan.
To replace one egg use either:
1/4 cup of applesauce = 1 vegan egg
1 tbsp ground flax seeds + 2.5 tsp hot water = 1 vegan egg
To replace butter use: vegan "butter" or use coconut oil: 1:1 ratio
To replace milk use: vegan friendly milk such as Almond Milk, Coconut Milk, Cashew Milk and replace at a 1:1 ratio
We recommend following the directions on our packaging. Results may vary when substitutions are made.
