ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?
At this time, only our Organic Vanilla Frosting Mix is gluten-free.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NON-GMO AND ORGANIC?
All of our mixes are certified organic and GMO free.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS KOSHER?
All of our mixes are OU-certified kosher.
ARE THERE PEANUTS IN YOUR PRODUCT?
We do not use nuts in any of our recipes. However, our dry mixes are prepared and packaged using equipment that may come into contact with egg, soy and tree nuts (Pecans, coconuts).
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
The shelf life of Foodstirs mixes is 12 months.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR INGREDIENTS?
We ethically source our ingredients from the best places on earth without compromising quality or sustainability. Our fair trade chocolate comes from Peru, our Wholesome biodynamic sugar is sourced from a small, family-owned plantation in Paraguay, and our soft white winter wheat stems from Colorado.
WHAT IS BIODYNAMIC SUGAR?
Biodynamic sugar is an unrefined sugar made from Biodynamic, organic cane juice that is evaporated and crystallized the first day it’s harvested. Biodynamic sugar is widely recognized as the most sustainable sugar on the market. To date, Foodstirs is the only quick-scratch baking brand to incorporate biodynamic sugar in their mixes.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
All our mixes are vegan with the exception of our Organic Sunday Stacks Pancake Mix which contains organic whey. Although our recipes call for eggs and milk, they can be tailored to fit a vegan diet with substitutions such as flaxseed for eggs, almond and coconut milk. If you have any specific questions regarding substitutions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
WHAT ARE THE BAKING TIMES IN HIGH ALTITUDE?
If baking at a higher altitude, please allow up to five more minutes than our recipes suggest for your treats to bake through. Be sure to keep a close eye on the oven for those extra few minutes to ensure perfectly cooked treats!
WHEN DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION SHIP?
The subscription kits ship around the 5th of every even-numbered month (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, and Dec).
CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT NOTE?
Currently, we do not have the ability to include Gift Messages with your order. This feature will become available in the coming months.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We are currently only able to ship within the US, but we are looking into shipping internationally soon.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING OR BILLING INFORMATION?
Yes! Log into your account in the upper right corner of the site and choose billing options to change your information.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Typical shipping time is estimated at 5-7 business days.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Yes. Your USPS tracking information will be sent to you via email when your order is on the way!
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND PRICE?
We offer Priority Shipping. Price is based on the weight of product and proximity to our warehouse. While we wish we could offer Prime rates we are at the mercy of the U.S. Postal Service. We do try to keep our cost as low as possible for our Foodstirs Fam and orders over $80 USD will receive FREE shipping on us!
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

WHAT IS THE BAKERS CLUB?
The Foodstirs Bakers Club delivers a convenient and delicious cooking experience each month. These curated themed kits are sure to surprise and delight your entire family. From ghost-shaped sugar cookies to snowflake brownies, family and friends will enjoy creating and baking, while learning basic and essential cooking skills together.
We have different subscription packages to choose from: (1) Baker Club 1 kit which comes every other month (2) Baker's Club 3, 6 or 12 kit REGULAR subscriptions which come every other month for the initial purchase duration (3, 6 or 12 kits) and then auto-renew (3) Baker's Club 3, 6 and 12 kit GIFT subscriptions which come every other month for the initial purchase duration (3, 6 or 12 kits) and do not auto-renew. All subscribers are billed on the 1st of the month a kit is shipped.
AUTO RENEW VS. GIFT SUBSCRIPTION
At Foodstirs we provide both Auto Renewing Subscriptions and Gift Subscriptions. What does that mean? The gift subscription will stop after the 3, 6, or 12 interval. As a benefit to customers, we roll our Auto Renew Subscription right into our Baker's Club Auto Renew program. The Auto Renew will renew every other even numbered month after the 3, 6, or 12 month interval has completed.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY KIT?
Our baking kits include everything needed to bake and decorate our treats, aside from standard kitchen materials and perishable ingredients such as milk or eggs. Each kit also includes a recipe card which states the nutritional value of all included products, as well as an easy step-by-step baking guide.
WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION SHIP?
If you order your first subscription in the month a kit ships (Feb, Apr, June, Aug, Oct, Dec) your kit will ship immediately. If you order your first subscription in the month a kit does not ship (Jan, Mar, May, July, Sept, Nov) your first kit will be shipped around the 5th of the following month. For existing subscribers, your kit will ship around the 5th of every even-numbered month (Feb, Apr, June, Aug, Oct, Dec).
HOW DO I DEACTIVATE/CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Subscription cancellations must be processed prior to the 1st of each even numbered month by 12:00 PM EST. If cancellation outreach is received after the 1st the next upcoming charge can and will be canceled. Requests must be time stamped via call, voicemail or email outreach prior to the 1st of every numbered month. Call our Customer Care Team at +1 (844) 250-3332 or email us at email@example.com.
REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTIONS
Refunds on 3, 6, or 12 Kit Subscriptions can only be refunded or canceled within 120 days of original purchase. If cancellation or refund request is requested outside of 120 days no refunds can be executed however shipments can be canceled.

ARE FOODSTIRS PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN?
While all of our products are delicious to all, the baking kits are best suited to Foodstirs fans who are 6+.
