Football season is upon us, and these Game Day Cupcakes are the perfect way to celebrate. Baker’s Circle Member, Maria Provenzano, used our Organic Chocolate Lover’s Brownie Mix and Celebration Cupcake Mix to create this masterful dessert.

  • 1 box Foodstirs Brownies
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Oil
  • 1 box Foodstirs Vanilla Cupcakes
  • 9 tbsp butter
  • 6 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 box Foodstirs Frosting
  • Dye-free green food coloring
  • Toothpicks
  • Football cookie cutter

  1. Bake the brownies and cupcakes according to instructions, and allow to cool; in order to get more footballs, bake the brownies in a 9×9 inch pan
  2. Cut the brownies with the football cookie cutter; if they are too big, trim them down with a knife
  3. Mix up the frosting according to package instructions
  4. Use a piping bag to pipe the white lines on the footballs
  5. Add the dye-free food coloring to the rest of the frosting, and spread over the muffins
  6. Insert a toothpick into the side of the brownie and place into the cupcake to allow the football to stand up
