In a large bowl, using an electric hand blender, mix butter until smooth. Add in egg and dry organic cookie mix. Blend until dough forms. Gather dough into a flat disc and wrap in plastic. Chill 15 minutes or until firm enough to roll out.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Remove dough from the freezer then roll out to ¼” thick. Cut cookies using cutter then place at least 1” apart on prepared pan. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden around the edges. Cool completely on a wire cooling rack.
To make the frosting, in a medium-sized bowl blend together the butter and yogurt until smooth. Add organic vanilla frosting and mix until smooth and creamy. Divide frosting into four bowls and use natural dyes to color three portions, leaving one white. Place frosting into piping bags or plastic storage bags. Cut off ends of plastic bags, then use to decorate cooled sweater cookies. Enjoy immediately!
