Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Pancake Muffins

Ingredients: 
Foodstirs Organic Pancake Mix
1 Tbsp organic cinnamon
2 Tbsp organic pumpkin pie spice
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs
½ cup pumpkin Greek yogurt
1 cup pumpkin puree
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips  

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare muffin pans by spraying with nonstick spray. In a large bowl, stir together all the wet ingredients until well combined. Set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients. Pour dry ingredients in the wet ingredients and stir until combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and continue to stir.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full. Bake 20-25 minutes, until thoroughly cooked.
