Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. Whisk together all ingredients until combined and the mixture is smooth. Pour batter into bundt pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Allow cake to cool, then carefully remove from pan.
Directions for Ganache: Microwave cream until hot. Pour cream over chocolate and let sit for a minute, then whisk until smooth. If ganache is still not smooth, microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until it is smooth. Pour chocolate ganache into the center and around the top. Garnish with cocoa powder sifted on top. Slice and Enjoy!
