Pour the Foodstirs™ Organic Chocolate Molten Minute Mug Cake Mix into a small bowl. Add 2 tbsp of hot water and stir with a spoon until well combined.
Microwave on high for 60 seconds or until fully cooked. Cooking time may vary based on the microwave. Repeat steps for the additional mix.
Carefully, remove the mug from the microwave. Let cool for one minute.
To make frosting:
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and butter with a spoon or electric mixer on low speed. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Stir in vanilla extract.
Top with chocolate chips and a yummy Foodstirs™ Organic Mini Chocolate Chippy Cookie!
