Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Very lightly, grease an 8" square baking pan. Set aside. In a large bowl, empty oat bar mix and stir in all ingredients until the mix is evenly coated. Spread mixture evenly and firmly into the prepared pan. Bake bars for 25 minutes, or until edges are bolden brown and bars are firm.
Remove from oven and let cool. Add the banana chips as a topping to the bar. Cut bars into 1-inch by 4-inch pieces. Enjoy!
