Before mixing, preheat the oven to 350˚F. Evenly spread dry Foodstirs™ Organic Sunday Stacks Pancake Mix onto a large sheet pan. Bake 10 minutes.
In a medium sized bowl, combine the pancake mix, turmeric, ginger and black pepper. Add the melted coconut oil, then using an electric hand mixer on low speed, add the vanilla, cashew butter and honey and mix until a dough forms.
Form dough into tablespoon sized balls and roll in sugar to coat. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator, enjoy at room temperature.
