1/3 cup oil
2 Tbs water
8 scoops mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup chocolate sauce
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and spray an 8x8 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Whisk eggs in a medium bowl, then add oil and water and whisk until well-blended. Add Organic Chocolate Lovers Brownie Mix and stir until combined, batter will be thick.
Pour batter into pan and spread evenly. Bake 19-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool brownies completely, then break into small crumbs using your hands.Place mint ice cream and milk into blender and pulse a few times until smooth. Reserve 1/4 cup of brownie crumbs then add remaining crumbs to the blender and pulse a few more times to combine. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of 4 glasses, then fill with the milkshake and garnish with reserved brownie crumbs.
