1 package Foodstirs Sugar Cookie Mix
1 egg white
1 stick of butter
1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon matcha powder
½ cup white chocolate chips
Wash your hands. Beat butter in a large bowl until creamy. Add egg white and matcha powder and continue blending. Add dry sugar cookie mix and mix with hands or mixer until dough is formed.
Gather dough into a ball and flatten into a disc. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 20 minutes or until dough is firm. While dough is chilling, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove dough from freezer. Lightly flour your countertop and rolling pin. Roll out the dough until its approximately ¼” thick.
Use a 3” round cutter to cut cookies. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Once cookies have cooled, microwave white chocolate in 10 second increments until fully melted. Either dip the cookies into the melted chocolate or use a fork to drizzle them. Place onto parchment-lined baking sheet while chocolate hardens, about 10 minutes.
