1 package Foodstirs Organic Chocolate Lovers Brownie Mix
⅓ cups oil
1 tablespoon water
1 cup white chocolate
1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon matcha tea powder
For Brownies: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray an 8” square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs together, add in oil and water until combined. Gently stir in brownie mix until well blended. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 22-24 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow brownies to cool completely.
For Matcha White Chocolate Ganache: Combined ¾ cup white chocolate and heavy cream in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 15 sec increments until chocolate is melted. Stir in between each increment. Add in the remaining white chocolate and stir until melted.
Sift the matcha powder into the melted chocolate a stir until fully incorporated.
Pour matcha chocolate mixture over cooled brownies and let sit until hardened, about 20 minutes.
Cut into squares and enjoy.
