¼ cup Foodstirs Very Merry Gingerbread Cookie crumbs
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup milk
1 Tablespoon molasses
Place all ingredients except cookie crumbs into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add gingerbread cookie crumbs and pulse 1-2 times until incorporated.
Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of gingerbread cookie crumbs.
