1. Preheat your oven to 350*F. In a large bowl, mix together Eggs, melted Butter, Greek Yogurt, Milk, and Foodstirs Organic Warm Apple Spice Coffee Cake Mix. Stir until batter forms.
2. Scoop 1/4 Cup of batter into doughnut molds and bake for 30-35 minutes. Makes about 12 doughnuts. Set aside until assembly.
For Streusel Topping:
1. In a small bowl, mix together Foodstirs Organic Streusel Topping Mix and softened Butter until cumble forms. Evenly spread on a small cookie sheet and bake at 350*F for 5-8 minutes, or until lightly browned. Set aside until assembly.
For Cinnamon Icing:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together Powdered Sugar, Cinnamon, and Milk. Whisk until a thin icing forms, if the mixture is too thick, add 1/2 tsp Milk at a time. Set aside until assembly.
1. Take all your doughnuts and begin by lightly icing the tops. Next, sprinkle on crumble and Bacon pieces. Repeat with all the doughnuts. Enjoy!
