Our organic mixes are a cinch on their own, and even better when they’re just the beginning. Here are some clever ways you can bake beyond the box, and use our mixes to make sweet surprises all your own.

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Combine all the ingredients for the base in a mixing bowl. Stir until fully smooth. Bake for 25 minutes.

Take the base out of the oven and place a piece of tinfoil over the top. Gently press down the top so it flattens into a dense cake.

Place to the side and mix the package of organic Vanilla Frosting with 4oz of cream cheese and 1 tbsp milk. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave.

Frost the cooled cake. Top it with dried organic cranberries and a drizzle of the melted white chocolate. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
