Directions:Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a mixer, blend butter on low speed until smooth. Add egg and continue blending until incorporated.
Add dry mix and blend on low until a dough forms.
Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
Scoop rounded ½ teaspoons of dough and roll into small balls. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 3-4 minutes, or until golden. Allow cookies to cool completely.
Combine cookies with the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and toss until well blended.
