2/3 cup milk
1/2 banana, mashed
1/2 banana, sliced
1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
Spray 3 mugs with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
In a large bowl using a hand blender, mix the eggs, milk, mashed banana and pancake mix together until a batter forms, about 1 minute.
Divide batter evenly between the three mugs, filling each just over half full. Heat each mug for 2 minutes in the microwave, then top with sliced banana and chopped walnuts.
