In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, yogurt and apple cider. Slowly blend in the pancake mix and whisk until all incorporated.
Heat a griddle or sauté pan on medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Ladle batter onto the hot griddle and cook 1-2 minutes on each side.
To make the syrup, combine butter, apple cider and brown sugar in a microwave safe bowl. Heat 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve warm.
