Pumpkins are loaded with a ton of nutrition, such as vitamins A, C, and E, antioxidants, and fiber. As a parent, you can feel good about giving your child a homemade meal loaded with fresh or canned pumpkin. Below is pancake recipe that is healthy, fun, and delicious!
