In a large bowl, using a hand blender, mix together the butter and egg until creamy. Add the dry cookie mix and blend until a dough forms. Divide the dough in half, shape each half into a rectangle then wrap in plastic and freeze 20 minutes, until firm.
Remove dough from freezer and remove plastic. Roll each half of dough between two pieces of parchment until it is about 1/8 - 1/4" thick. Freeze dough sheets for 10 minutes.
Once chilled, working with one sheet of dough at a time, remove the top layer of parchment paper and cover the dough with half of the natural sprinkles. Gently press sprinkles into the dough with your hands. Cut strips of different lengths to resemble French fries. Place strips onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake 8-10 minutes, until golden.
To make the dipping sauce, puree the strawberries in a blender, then whisk together with the yogurt and organic frosting mix.
