1 Foodstirs Organic Sweet Tooth Sugar Cookie Mix
8 Tbsp Vital Farms Pasture-Raised butter, cold and cubed
1 Vital Farms Pasture-Raised egg
2 Tbsp eggnog
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cinnamon
1 Foodstirs Organic Vanilla Frosting Mix
3 Tbsp Vital Farms organic butter, cold and cubed
3-4 Tbsp eggnog
½ tsp nutmeg to garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper; set aside. In a large bowl, blend together Vital Farms Pasture-Raised Butter, Vital Farms Pasture-Raised Egg, and eggnog. Add dry cookie mix, nutmeg and cinnamon then blend until dough forms.
Form dough into tablespoon sized balls and place at least 1” apart on prepared pan. Flatten tops of cookies gently, then bake 15-17 minutes until golden around the edges. Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire cooling rack.
To make the frosting, blend butter until smooth in a medium-sized bowl. Add three tablespoons of eggnog and dry frosting mix; blend until smooth and creamy. Add remaining tablespoon of eggnog if necessary.
Use a butter knife to frost each cookie, slightly swirling frosting. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container up to 3 days.
