SnickerDULCE Thumbprint Blondies

For Dulce De Leche:
1 Small Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

For Snickerdoodle Cookie:

1 Foodstirs™ Organic Snickerdoodle Blondie Mix

6 Tablespoons Butter, Melted & Cooled

1 Whole Egg plus 1 Egg Yoke

1 Foodstirs™ Organic Snickerdoodle Cinnamon Sugar Pouch



For Dulce De Leche: Remove the label from the can. Place in a pot and cover with water. Place a lid the on pot. Bring water to a boil and allow to simmer for 2 hours. Make sure the can stays covered with water, and pour more in as needed. Once the two hours are up, carefully drain water and allow can to cool.

For Cookies: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix together eggs, butter and Foodstirs™ Organic Snickerdoodle Blondie Mix. Spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray. Place about 2 tablespoons of dough and gently press down. You should have about 10. Sprinkle on cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake for 10 minutes or until toothpick barely comes out clean. Carefully press a round table spoon in the center of each cookie to make an indentation to hold the dulce de leche. Allow the cookies to cool off a bit then carefully spoon dulce de leche into the centers of each one. You’re all done! Enjoy!
