1 Pouch of Foodstirs™ Organic Chocolate Coconut Chewy Oat Bar Mix
1/4 Cup of Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp of Cold Water
1/2 Cup of Organic Mini Chocolate Chips
1 Cup of Mini Marshmallows
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Very lightly, grease an 8" square baking pan. Set aside. In a large bowl, empty Foodstirs™ Organic Chocolate Coconut Chewy Oat Bar Mix and stir in oil and water until the mix is evenly coated. Spread mixture evenly and firmly into the prepared pan. Bake bars for 20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and oat bars are firm.
Remove bars from oven and sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top of bars while still hot. Place back in the oven for 2 minutes.
Using a spatula, spread out the chocolate and add mini marshmallows on top. Place pan back in the oven for 2-4 minutes, or until marshmallow top is a little golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
