Yields: 16 Chewy Oat Bars
1 Pouch of Foodstirs™ Cinnamon Raisin Chewy Oat Bar Mix
1/4 of Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp of Cold Water
1/4 Cup Agave Nectar or Maple Syrup (or honey if not vegan)
2 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp of Flax Seeds
2 Tbsp of Hemp Seeds
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Very lightly, grease an 8" square baking pan. Set aside. In a large bowl, empty oat bar mix and stir in all ingredients until the mix is evenly coated. Spread mixture evenly and firmly into the prepared pan. Bake bars for 25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and oat bars are firm.
Remove from oven and let cool. Cut bars into square bite-size pieces. Enjoy!
