Organic Power Pumped Smoothie Bowl

Yields: 1-2 Bowls

For Smoothie:

1 Cup Frozen Mango

1 Cup Frozen Pineapple

1 5.3 OZ Cup Good Culture Cottage Cheese

1/4 Cup Almond Milk

1 Banana

1-2 Teaspoon Kuli Kuli Moringa Vegetable Powder

Toppings:

1 Cup of Foodstirs Organic Chocolate Coconut Chewy Oat Bar Mix

Banana Slices

Fresh Berries

Coconut Flakes

Directions 

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. For easiest blending, place softer items like banana, cottage cheese and spinach closest to the blender’s blade.

For Foodstirs Organic Chocolate Coconut Chewy Oat bar Mix

1 Pouch of Chocolate Coconut Chewy Oat Bar Mix

¼ cup vegetable oil (coconut oil is great!)

2 tablespoons cold water

Preheat the oven to 325 Fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients together. Spread mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the mixture for 20-25 minutes or until granola has a golden color.

To assemble bowl: Pour smoothie mixture into bowl. Top with sliced banana, fresh berries, granola, and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
