Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Very lightly, grease an 8" square baking pan. Set aside. In a large bowl, empty oat bar mix and stir in all ingredients until the mix is evenly coated. Spread mixture evenly and firmly into the prepared pan. Bake bars for 25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and oat bars are firm.
Remove from oven and let cool. Using a spoon, drizzle melted peanut butter back and forth on the bars. Then, add chopped peanuts on top. Cut bars into 1-inch by 4-inch pieces. Enjoy!
