Pour the Foodstirs™ Organic Minute Mug Cake Mix into a small bowl. Add 2 Tbsp of hot water and stir with a spoon until well combined.
Pour half of mug cake mix into a small ice cream cone. Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds, until fully cooked. Cooking time may vary based on the microwave. Repeat steps for the additional mix.
Carefully, remove the cone from the microwave. Cone will be hot. Let cool for one minute.
To make frosting:
In a small bowl, combine cream, butter and yogurt, using a low-speed hand mixer until smooth. Slowly blend in Foodstirs™ Organic Vanilla Frosting Mix and beat on medium for 1-2 minutes until mixture is smooth.
Add natural dye packet to mixture and blend well for best coloring.
Use frosting to decorate and add additional toppings. Cake is best consumed warm. Enjoy!
