Blend butter in a mixer on medium speed until smooth.
Add Chocolate Chippy Cookie Mix and cold water and mix until dough forms.
Form dough into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes until chilled and firm.
Use a double broiler to melt white chocolate wafers over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
Remove dough balls from the refrigerator. Place each ball individually in the bowl of melted white chocolate, covering the entire cookie ball. Remove with a spoon and place back on parchment paper. Repeat until all balls are covered. Let them set up for about 5 minutes until chocolate hardens.
Keep the remaining chocolate heated. Drizzle small lines and lumps on the truffle balls by moving a spoon back and forth to give them a bandaged mummy appearance. Add on eyeballs, then place in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to set. Serve chilled and enjoy.
