- 1 Foodstirs Organic Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix
- 1 Egg
- 6 Tbsp Softened Butter, Unsalted
- 1 Bag of Organic Ocho Caramel Minis
- 1/4 Cup of Organic Sparkling Sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine butter and egg. Add in Foodstirs® Organic Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix and continue blending the mixture until a soft dough forms.
2. Wrap 2 tablespoons of cookie dough around 1 Ocho Caramel Mini and roll into a ball.
3. Roll cookie balls in sparkling sugar.
4. Place cookie balls on parchment-lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown.
5. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
