1. Preheat oven to 350*F. In a mixing bowl, beat butter with electric mixer on low speed or by hand until creamy, then blend in egg. Slowly add in the Sweet Tooth Sugar Cookie Mix and blend until dough is formed. Gather dough into a ball, wrap dough in plastic wrap and freeze for 20 minutes until slightly firm. After firmed in freezer, flour a flat surface and roll dough until about 1/4" thick.
2. In a bowl, combine the Sugar and Cinnamon Powder. Generously sprinkle over the surface of the Cookie dough and tightly roll to create a cinnamon roll swirl. Begin cutting the roll into about 1/4" thick cookie slices and bake for 12-15 minutes.
3. Once baked, remove from the oven and cool for about 5 minutes. Immediately eat. Enjoy!
