1. Preheat oven to 350* F. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. In a bowl, mix together the Eggs, Butter, Milk, and Yogurt until well-combined. Add in the Foodstirs Organic Simply Sweet Vanilla Cake Mix and stir until a batter forms.
2. Use an ice cream scoop to fill the cupcake liners 3/4s of the way full and bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Set aside until assembly.
3. In a large bowl, combine the powdered sugar, butter, and yogurt and whisk until cream frosting forms. Remove 2 Tbsp of the plain frosting and place in a piping bag. Remove 1 Tbsp of the Frosting and add the cocoa powder into the frosting and whisk until chocolatey and thick. Pour into a separate piping bag. Remove 2 Tbsp of the Frosting and add 1.5 Packets of ColorKitchen Natural Pink Dye and stir until vibrant pink and pour into a separate piping bag. With the remaining Frosting, add the 1/2 Packet of ColorKitchen Natural Pink Dye and mix until light pink, pour into a separate piping bag.
4. Lay out the cupcakes into a large circle and begin decorating the top with frosting to look like a pig. Share with friends and enjoy!
