Foodstirs Organic Patriotic Pancakes

For Pancakes:

Foodstirs™ Sunday Stacks Pancake Mix

4 Eggs
8 Tbsp Melted Butter, Melted and Cooled
1 1/3 Cups Milk
1 Cup Greek Yogurt 

1 Color Kitchen Blue Natural Dye Packet

1 Color Kitchen Orange Natural Dye Packet

1 Color Kitchen Pink Natural Dye Packet

For Toppings:

Greek Yogurt

Fresh Fruits



For Pancakes:

Heat skillet or griddle over medium heat or to 300 degrees. Lightly coat with butter or non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk egg, then slowly add melted butter and whisk until slightly thickened. Add milk and yogurt then whisk until mixed.

Divide mix into two bowls to add the colors. Pour blue natural dye into one bowl and blend till fully mixed. Pour orange and pink natural dye into the second bowl of mix and blend.

Cook pancakes 1- ½ to 2 minutes or until the surface of pancake forms bubbles which begin to pop and bottoms are golden brown.

Carefully turn pancakes over with a spatula and cook on the second side until pancakes are cooked thoroughly.

Make a stack of 3-4 pancakes. Garnish top with a dollop of yogurt, and berries. Enjoy!
