- Foodstirs Organic Gingerbread Latte Cookie Mix
- 1 Egg
- 12 Tbsp Butter
For Ice Cream:
- 1 Pint Halo Top Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream
1. Preheat your oven to 350*F. In a bowl, combine the Foodstirs Organic Gingerbread Latte Cookie Mix, 1 Egg, and 12 Tbsp Butter.
2. Stir until well-combined. Line a cookie sheet with parchment and drop 1-2 Tbsp size balls onto the sheet.
3. Once finished baking, remove from the oven and allow to completely cool. Once cooled, begin assembling the sandwich.
1. Take two Gingerbread Latte Cookies and one scoop of Halo Top Ice Cream between both Cookies. Repeat the process for all cookies. Enjoy!
