For Chewy Oat Crust:
1. Preheat oven to 350*F. In a bowl, combine the Foodstirs Organic Chocolate Chip Coconut Chewy Oat Mix, Oil, and Egg. Stir until combined and shape into mini footballs. Should make about 16.
2. Line cookie sheet with parchment and bake cookies for about 15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and cool in the freezer until firm.
3. In a small bowl, combine the White Chocolate chips and 1 Tsp Oil and microwave in 30-second intervals or until smooth. Place White Chocolate Sauce into a small piping bag and set aside until assembly. In a medium bowl, combine the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and 1 Tbsp Oil, microwave in 30-second intervals or until smooth.
4. Once the Chewy Oat Footballs are completely cooled from the freezer, begin dipping them in the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Sauce and decorating the tops to look like Footballs with the White Chocolate piping bag. Repeat for Enjoy!
