1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Very lightly, grease an 8" square baking pan. Set aside. In a large bowl, empty oat bar mix and stir in all ingredients until the mix is evenly coated. Spread mixture evenly and firmly into the prepared pan. Bake bars for 25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and oat bars are firm.
2. Remove from oven and let cool. Cut bars into 8 even squares. Set aside for assembly.
For White Chocolate:
1. Pour 2 Tbsp of the melted White Chocolate Chips into a separate bowl. Mix in the Canola Oil and Natural Pink Dye and stir until smooth.
1. Begin dunking the Chewy Oat Squares into the melted White Chocolate. Drizzle on the Pink White Chocolate and top with the Peppermint pieces. Repeat for all squares and wrap with White Parchment and Holiday Festive Twine. Give the gift of clean and green! Enjoy!
