1 Foodstirs™ Sunday Stacks Pancake Mix
2 Tbsp Melted Butter
1/4 Cup of Plain Yogurt
Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Organic Whipped Cream
Organic Chocolate Chips
Heat skillet or griddle over medium-high heat or to 350 degrees. Lightly grease with oil, butter or non-stick cooking spray.
Whisk egg, then slowly add melted butter and whisk until slightly thickened. Add in milk and yogurt and whisk until mixture is smooth. Add Foodstirs™ Organic Sunday stacks pancake mix and whisk until smooth.
To Make the Ears: Spray a football-shaped cookie cutter with non stick oil and place on griddle. Ladle in pancake mix until full. Let cook for about 5 minutes, or until bubbles appear. Remove cookie cutter and flip for another 2 minutes.
To Make the Feet: Spray an egg-shaped cookie cutter with non-stick oil and place on griddle. Ladle in pancake mix until full. Let cook for about 5 minutes, or until bubbles appear. Remove cookie cutter and flip for another 2 minutes.
To Make the Body: Ladle out one small and one large circle of batter onto the griddle. let cook for about 3 minutes, or until bubbles appear. Flip for another 2 minutes.
Use all of the pancakes to make a bunny shape. Use toppings to add details on feet and a bunny tail.
