For Brownies: Preheat oven to 325 degrees and spray an 8x8” pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, oil, and water. Add in dry Foodstirs™ Organic Chocolate Lovers Brownie Mix and stir until thick batter forms. Spread batter into a thin even layer onto the pan and place in oven.
For Cookie Dough: Make chia-egg mixture (1 egg = 1 tbsp of chia seeds + 3 tbsp of water). Set aside for 10 minutes until it becomes a gel-like texture. In the meantime, using a hand mixer, blend butter until smooth. Add the chia-egg to butter, and Foodstirs™ Organic Chocolate Chippy Cookie Mix and continue to blend until dough is formed.
For Chocolate Drizzle: In a medium saucepan, whisk together sugar and cocoa powder then add water and salt. Whisk constantly over medium-high until mixture begins to boil. Continue simmering until mixture thickens, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into a bowl and chill until thickened, about 10 minutes.
Once brownie is out of the oven and has cooled down, layer cookie dough mixture onto the brownie. Set in the freezer in order for the layers to harden. After 30 minutes, take the mixture out of the freezer and drizzle the dark chocolate mixture on top. Enjoy!
