Ingredients:
For Crust:
1 Foodstirs Organic Sunday Stacks Pancake Mix
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
2-3 Tbs flour
Toppings:
Bacon/Egg/Cheddar
Cream Cheese/Strawberries/Chia Seeds
Almond Butter/Banana/Bee Pollen
Avocado/Radish/Arugula
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.In a large bowl combine the pancake mix, water, olive oil and flour. Use a large spoon to combine the ingredients until a dough is formed. Cover dough with a clean cloth and leave to rest at room temperature.
After the dough has rested, divide evenly into six balls. Flatten the dough, then use your fingers to press each flat into approximately a 4" circle.
Place dough on baking sheet then bake 7-10 minutes, until golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack, then add your favorite toppings to make it sweet or savory!
