1. In a bowl, mix together the Foodstirs Organic Celebration Confetti Minute Mugcake pouch and the 2 Tbs Pineapple juice.
2. Coat a ramekin with cooking spray, then place the Pineapple round and Maraschino Cherry in the bottom of the ramekin. Pour the Caramel Sauce over the fruit, then pour the Mugcake batter over that.
3. Pop in the microwave for approximately 60 seconds, and use caution when removing from the microwave.
4. Flip the Mugcake upside down on a clean plate to reveal the Pineapple Upside-down top! If desired, top with extra Caramel Sauce, Whipped Cream, and an additional Maraschino Cherry. Enjoy!
