2 Foodstirs Organic Chocolate Chippy Cookie Mixes
12 Tbs butter
1 1/2 cups Ocho Organic Caramel Candy Minis
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 inch cast iron skillet with nonstick spray. Blend butter until smooth. Add eggs and both dry cookie mixes, then continue blending mixture until a dough is formed.
Divide dough in half. Press one half of the dough evenly into the bottom of the cast iron skillet. Place the Ocho candies on top of the dough, covering the entire surface. Press the other half of the dough evenly over the surface of the candy.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top of the cookie begins to turn golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to rest for one hour in order to cut the cookie into pie slices.
