Nothing says weekend brunch like pancakes and bacon. We’ve made it even easier to combine your favorite breakfast foods, with our Bacon-Pancake Recipe, using our Organic Pancake Mix.
Start by frying up some pieces of bacon until they’re nice and crispy, then place cooked bacon on a few paper towels to absorb the excess grease.
Mix up a batch of our Organic Pancake Mix according to the directions on the package. Preheat griddle to 350ºF. Spoon batter into long strips and top with a piece of cooked bacon.
Once pancakes start to bubble, spoon another small amount of batter on top of the bacon and use the back of the spoon to spread slightly.
Cook for another minute or so, then use a spatula to flip pancakes. Cook the second side for 1-2 minutes, until golden. Our bacon pancakes are best eaten by hand, dipped in warm maple syrup!
